Block walls- lower
Block walls- lower: We begin by build the earthtubes, back-filling inside the stemwall and the laying in the plumbing piping. From there we drystack six more courses of block on top of the stemwall, the top row having horizontal rebar. We install interior electrical boxes and conduit in the block as we go up. We also install stubs for DWV, fireplace air-intake and electrical. Finally, we fill the 4’ high walls with concrete.
